All orders are reviewed and confirmed by our team before dispatch. You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted. Processing begins only after confirmation — typically within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

3. Delivery Methods

Times below are from dispatch, not order date:

  • England & Wales (mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Scotland (Central Belt): 3–6 business days
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: 5–10 business days
  • Northern Ireland: 4–8 business days
  • Isle of Man & Channel Islands: 5–10 business days

5. Delivery Costs

Shipping charges depend on order value, weight, and destination. Costs are confirmed at order acceptance or on your invoice. Free or reduced shipping may be available for qualifying trade orders — contact us for details.

6. Tracking

Where available, tracking information is emailed to your registered address once the order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of confirmation, contact info@slicktools.co.uk.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout. We cannot accept liability for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Failed Delivery & Refusal

If goods cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, items may be returned to us. Storage and re-delivery fees may apply. Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may result in return charges.
