Refund Policy

Slick Tools is a wholesale B2B supplier. Refunds are assessed in line with trade practice and consumer rights where applicable.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be offered for:

  • Goods received damaged in transit (report within 7 days of delivery with photos)
  • Incorrect items supplied compared to your confirmed order
  • Faulty products reported within 7 days with evidence

Non-Eligible Items

We generally cannot accept refunds for opened, used, or resold goods unless faulty. Custom or clearance items may be non-returnable as stated at order confirmation.
