Refund Policy
Slick Tools is a wholesale B2B supplier. Refunds are assessed in line with trade practice and consumer rights where applicable.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be offered for:
- Goods received damaged in transit (report within 7 days of delivery with photos)
- Incorrect items supplied compared to your confirmed order
- Faulty products reported within 7 days with evidence
Non-Eligible Items
We generally cannot accept refunds for opened, used, or resold goods unless faulty. Custom or clearance items may be non-returnable as stated at order confirmation.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@slicktools.co.uk with your order reference, description of the issue, and supporting images. Our team will respond within two business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as account credit, depending on your trade account terms.
