Returns Policy

Clear, transparent policies for approved Slick Tools wholesale customers.

We want wholesale customers to order with confidence. This Returns Policy sets out when and how goods may be returned to Slick Tools.

1. Overview

Slick Tools is a B2B wholesale supplier. Returns are handled in line with trade practice and UK consumer rights where applicable. All returns require prior authorisation.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We will accept returns or offer replacements/credit for:

  • Damaged in transit β€” reported within 7 days with photos
  • Incorrect items β€” wrong SKU or quantity vs confirmed order
  • Faulty goods β€” manufacturing defect reported within 7 days
  • Short shipments β€” missing items from confirmed order

3. When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Goods opened, used, or not in original resaleable packaging (unless faulty)
  • Items ordered correctly but no longer wanted (change-of-mind)
  • Custom, clearance, or non-returnable lines marked at order confirmation
  • Returns without a valid Returns Authorisation (RA) number
  • Goods returned more than 14 days after delivery (except pre-agreed cases)

4. Returns Process

  1. Notify us β€” Email info@slicktools.co.uk with order number, item(s), reason, and photos where applicable
  2. Receive RA number β€” Our team responds within 2 business days with authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack securely β€” Use original packaging where possible. Include RA number on the outside of the parcel
  4. Ship goods β€” Use the agreed carrier or method. Retain proof of postage
  5. Inspection β€” We inspect within 3–5 business days of receipt
  6. Resolution β€” Replacement, credit, or refund processed within 5–10 business days of approval

6. Refunds & Credits
